A group of  Aviation College graduates sent by Brinell to Taiwan, have successfully completed the Aircraft Maintenance Basic Training Course which ran from 25 July  till 21 December 2006. The course was conducted at the CAR 147 approved China Aviation School (Lufthansa Technical Training Taiwan) and contained the following modules including 506 hours of practical training:
Mathematics                  8 hours Electrical Fundamentals       10 hours
Physics                         30 hours Digital Techniques               10 hours
Aerodynamics              11 hours Aviation Legislation             24 hours
Human Factors             16 hours Turbine Aircraft Systems    290 hours
Turbine Engine             96 hours Maintenance Practices       256 hours
Technical Documentation               40 hours

Materials and Hardware                90 hours

Ground Handling and Servicing     80 hours
 

These  well-trained personnel are a welcome addition to the Aviation Maintenance workforce.

   
Two groups of experienced Mechanics have successfully completed their 5-weeks’ (30 days) intensive courses in Cabin Maintenance.  These courses, which are aimed to upgrade the skills and know-how of the individual,  were conducted at the EASA 147 approved  Lufthansa Technical Training Philippines facilities.  Included in the course were  modules in:
Technical Publications Cabin Interior Fundamentals
Aircraft Seats Fundamentals Aircraft Seats Customized
Aircraft Lavatory Aircraft Safety/Emergency Equipment
Aircraft Galley Customized B777 Aircraft Systems Familiarization
A330/A340 Aircraft Systems Familiarization
 
The expertise obtained from the 5 week course has now resulted in their being accredited as Cabin Maintenance Experts. Subsequent courses are in the pipeline.
   
Another batch of  Aviation College graduates are now undergoing 3 months  of  intensive training in Aircraft Sheet Metal Fundamentals. This course is also being conducted at the EASA 147 approved Lufthansa Technical Training Philippines facilities.  This 60 day course includes the following modules in:

 

Material, Hardwares and Practices ATA 52-57/Structural Repair Manual
Tool and Benchwork Practices ATA 51-Structures, Workshop Exercise
ATA 51/ Structures General Mock-up and SRM Repair Exercises
 

Within the month of January 2007, we will be having a new breed of top-rated Sheet Metal Mechanics joining the field of Aviation.

It is the aim of Brinell International Partners, Inc. to provide highly-skilled and well-trained manpower to our clients, therefore, training courses are being designed according to the specifications and requirements provided to us. 

   
 

STEP 1
The initial step is a job order prepared by the customer indicating the type of expertise being sought, qualifications and experience required, the number of personnel  required per position, the location of employment and the terms of employment.  This should be sent to us at BRINELL INT’L PARTNERS, INC. at Unit 12 Building 1, Salem International Commercial Center, Domestic Road, Pasay City, Philippines.

STEP 2
Upon receipt of your job order, we will assemble from our database a list of personnel who meet the customers specifications.

STEP 3
The customer will arrange for and send notice of the approval of visa(s) to be issued to our workers.

STEP 4
We will arrange to complete all the necessary documentation for the deployment of the candidate(s).

STEP 5
Finally, we will conduct a pre-departure orientation to help prepare the successful candidate(s) for their new job environment and ensure his adherence to the departure plans.
